Vaduvur bird sanctuary is located 22 Kms away from Thanjavur, Tamilnadu, India. The irrigation tank receives water from November to April every year which attracts a numerous foreign birds from Europe and America. Visitors can gain free entry. There are two towers located in the sanctuary for ease of visitors. You can enjoy the green paddy fields with a natural habitat. Take your own food stuffs as there are least options available. You can save the habitat and pass on to generation by not dumping polythene waste.
